About the role

As a Community Coach, you’ll guide a young adult in developing personal and community leadership skills while growing your own coaching and leadership abilities.

What’s Involved?

  • Professional Training: Learn the GROW coaching model, goal-setting, and leadership principles.
  • Coaching Sessions: Coach a young adult in 8 one-on-one sessions (flexible mix of in-person and online).
  • Workshops: Participate in interactive half-day workshops designed to inspire growth.
  • Community Service Project: Support your student in creating and implementing a project to address local needs.
  • Celebration Event: Celebrate achievements at a final showcase and graduation.

Time Commitment
Approximately 40 hours over 22 weeks, including training, coaching sessions, and workshops.
